About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation in connection with enhancement of legal status of autonomous organizations

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 12, 1996 N 7-FZ "About non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 3, Art. 145; 1998, N 48, Art. 5849; 2002, N 12, Art. 1093; 2006, N 45, Art. 4627; 2007, N 1, Art. 37; 2010, N 19, Art. 2291; N 30, of the Art. 3995) following changes:

1) in Article 4:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The non-profit organization has the name containing specifying on its form of business and nature of activities.

The name of the non-profit organization created in the form of the public or local government office can include specifying on its type.";

b) add with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. The non-profit organization which name is registered in accordance with the established procedure has exclusive right of its use.";

2) in paragraph five of Item 3 of Article 14 of the word "with indication of type respectively "budgetary institution" or " state organization " shall be replaced with words ", specifying on type of organization";

Article 17.1 to add 3) with item 4 of the following content:

"4. The public or local government office in case of change of type has the right to perform the types of activity provided by its charter based on licenses, the certificate on the state accreditation and other allowing documents issued to this organization before change of its type, before the termination of effective period of such documents.
