Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2008 N 161-FZ "About assistance to development of housing construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 30, Art. 3617; N 49, of Art. 5723; 2009, N 19, Art. 2281; N 52, of Art. 6419; 2010, N 22, Art. 2695; N 30, of the Art. 3996, 3997; 2011, N 1, Art. 19) following changes:

Part 3 of Article 3 to add 1) with Item 6.4 of the following content:

"6. 4) performs transfer of the parcels of land of Fund to gratuitous fixed-term use to housing cooperatives, housing accumulative cooperatives and other specialized consumer cooperatives which are created for the purpose of provision of housing for the citizens specified regarding the 4th article 16.5 of this Federal Law and the stipulated in Clause 16.5 presents of the Federal Law (further - cooperatives), and also voluntary conveyance of the parcels of land of Fund in property of the cooperatives and (or) citizens who are members of cooperatives meet conditions;";

2) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 23.06.2016 No. 221-FZ

3) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 29.12.2015 No. 405-FZ

4) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 29.12.2015 No. 405-FZ
