based on the Agreement on cooperation on forming of single (general) educational space of the Commonwealth of Independent States of January 17, 1997,

in view of provisions of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of education of May 15, 1992,

being guided by provisions of the Concept of forming of information space of the Commonwealth of Independent States of October 18, 1996,

for the purpose of effective implementation of multilateral and bilateral agreements between the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of education, forming of information space agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties communicate in the field of education, preparation and certification scientific and research and educational personnel on regular basis.

Article 2

The parties perform (realize) measures for creation of effective system of exchange of information, using own national information resource in the field of education, preparation and certification scientific and research and educational personnel, and determine:

national resource of information in the field of education, preparation and certification scientific and research and educational personnel, open for joint use;

the unified parameters of the provided information;

the list of subjects - users information;

legal regime of exchange of information.

Article 3

The parties recognize the Education in the CIS server created in the Republic of Belarus as the server of the Commonwealth of Independent States "Education in the CIS" and take measures to timely provision and updating on it national information materials.
