1. Approve the Procedure for registration, submission by taxpayers of claims to the monetary commitments determined by customs authorities and their considerations by the State Customs Service of Ukraine which is applied.
2. (Zvarich V. V.) and to Legal support division (G.M.'s Chornaya) to provide to department of administration of customs payments submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To chiefs of regional customs, customs to inform subjects of business activity, physical persons on requirements of this order by lighting it in local mass media, including at evident information stands in the locations of divisions of customs and at check points through frontier of Ukraine.
4. Recognize invalid orders of the State Customs Service of Ukraine:
of 08.02.2006 No. 97 "About approval of the Procedure for consideration by customs authorities of claims of taxpayers to the tax liabilities added by customs authorities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.02.2006 for No. 151/12025;
of 06.02.2008 No. 92 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 08.02.2006 No. 97", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.02.2008 for No. 136/14827;
of 28.07.2009 No. 698 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 08.02.2006 No. 97", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 12.08.2009 for No. 758/16774.
5. Determine that this order becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
