About introduction of amendments to article 17-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" concerning conditions of production incentive of the electric power from alternative sources

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part the twelfth article 17-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 1, Art. 1; 2009, No. 32-33, of Art. 496; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 17, 2010 No. 2799-VI) to state in such edition:

"The specified procedure for production incentive of the electric power from alternative energy sources is applied provided that since January 1, 2012 the specific weight of raw materials, materials, fixed assets, works and services of the Ukrainian origin in construction cost of the relevant power generation facility which makes electrical energy with use of alternative energy sources makes at least 15 percent, since January 1, 2013 - 30 percent, and since January 1, 2014 - 50 percent. Additional term of application of the specified procedure for production incentive of the electric power with energy use of sunlight is use, since January 1, 2013, on power generation facilities of solar modules in which manufacturing cost the specific weight of materials and raw materials of the Ukrainian origin makes at least than 30 percent, and since 2014 - 50 percent".

II. Final and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of the introduction in operation of this Law:

provide acceptance by the central executive bodies of the normative legal acts following from this Law;

provide reduction of their regulatory legal acts by the central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
