Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2003 No. 1839 "About approval of the Procedure for determination on the competitive beginnings of the companies which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state which innovative investment will be performed at the expense of part of the means received from privatization of state-owned property, distribution and use of these means" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 48, by Art. 2522; 2004, No. 18, the Art. 1288, No. 34, the Art. 2251) changes which are applied.
