About modification of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to needy families

Bring in the Procedure appointment and payments of the government public assistance to needy families approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2003 No. 250 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine 2003, No. 9, the Art. 394, No. 51, Art. 2691; 2004, No. 44, Art. 2892; 2006, No. 4, Art. 171; 2008, No. 15, Art. 364; 2009, No. 19, Art. 598; 2011, No. 12, the Art. 516), changes which are applied.

Changes which are brought in the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to needy families

1. To state the paragraph of the eighth of Item 6 in the following edition:

"The family composition joins the husband, the wife; the family adopted and wards children of these persons aged up to eighteen years, and also children who study on day form of education in professional, higher educational institutions I-IV of levels of accreditation before achievement of twenty three years and who have no own families; unmarried full age children who are recognized as disabled people since the childhood of I and II groups or disabled people of the I group and live together with parents; the disabled parents of the husband and the wife living together with them and being in their dependence due to the lack of own income; the person living together with the lonely disabled person of the I group and performing care of it; the wife and the husband who live one family are not in scrap, but have general children. At the same time the family composition joins irrespective of the residence (stay) or registration children who study on day form of education in the professional, higher educational institutions IIV of levels of accreditation before achievement of twenty three years and have no own families. The family composition does not join persons which are on complete state providing.".

2. The paragraph one of Item 16 to state in the following edition:

"16. For each child (except the handicapped child) who is part of needy family, the level of providing subsistence minimum increases by 10 percent, and for each handicapped child who is part of needy family for each child who contains mother (the father, the adoptive father) who is not in scrap, and record about the father (mother) of this child in the Book of registration of births is performed in accordance with the established procedure on specifying of mother (father), for each child at whom one or both parents are disabled people of I or II groups, - for 20 percent.".

In the paragraph the second Item 22 of the word and figure "procedure for the organization, registration, financing and pension payment, benefit, the companies of mail service of Ukraine approved by the joint order of the State Committee on Communications, Ministry of Labor and Pension fund from 2 wriggling 1998 No. 101/123/67" shall be replaced with words "payment and delivery of pensions, the public assistance by the national operator of the mail service approved in accordance with the established procedure".
