The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 (the Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 1997, number 8, page 142; 2007, No. 75, Art. 2791; 2008, No. 19, Art. 541; 2009, No. 39, the Art. 1323, No. 72, the Art. 2479), changes which are applied.

2. To the ministry of infrastructure, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

Changes which are made to Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport

1. Add Item 65 with the paragraph of such content:

"Two drivers shall go to route which goes out of the settlement and which slowness makes over 250 kilometers.".

2. State Items 69 and 72 in such edition:

"69. The customer of services reports not later than in seven working days to automobile carrier about implementation of transportation of organized groups of children.

The automobile carrier not later than in three working days prior to the planned transportation of organized group of children reports to territorial subdivision of the State traffic inspectorate about date of implementation of each such transportation, submits it on approval and to the customer of services on approval the scheme of route and the schedule of movement of buses.

The scheme of route and the schedule of movement are drawn up in triplicate.

One copy of the scheme of route and the schedule of movement is issued to the driver, others are stored at the customer of services and carrier.";
