1. Make changes to Item 1.7 of the Licensed conditions of use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine approved by the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of 19.08.2005 No. 53, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.10.2005 for No. 1237/11517, having stated it in such edition:

"1.7. The amount of payment for issue, renewal, prolongation of effective period and issue of the duplicate of the license to use the radio-frequency resource of Ukraine establishes by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22.02.2006 No. 200 "About the amount of payment for issue, prolongation of effective period, renewal, issue of duplicates of licenses to use radio-frequency resource of Ukraine".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of licensing and radio frequencies together with Legal management submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. The decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
