About modification of the Regulations on procedure for issue of import licenses of Ukraine of raw sugar from reed within the tariff quota

For the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with the obligations of Ukraine determined by the procedure of distribution of the tariff quota according to the table 14 "Administration of the Tariff Quota" of the Protocol on the entry of Ukraine in HERE ratified by the Law of Ukraine of 10.04.2008 No. 250-VI, PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Add the Section I "General provisions" of the Regulations on procedure for issue of import licenses to Ukraine of raw sugar from the reed within the tariff quota approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 20.01.2009 No. 15, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 09.02.2009 for No. 117/16133, Item 5 of such content:

"5. Observance of the conditions specified in details 8 and 9 of the license is obligatory in case of value addition of the imported goods, and conditions specified in detail 13 licenses - in case of implementation of the distribution tariff quota between supplying countries of raw sugar from reed.".

2. (Bogdanov V. S.) to provide to department of state regulation of foreign economic activity submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
