1. Bring in the Procedure for transfer of state-owned property of Ukraine to Fund of shares (shares, shares) belonging to the state, in the authorized capital of subjects of managing, approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 18.02.98 No. 284, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.03.98 for No. 180/2620 (with changes), such change:

in Item 6 of the word of "authorized fund" shall be replaced with words "authorized capital".

2. Abroad in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of investment projects and property submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
