1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Order of fund of property of Ukraine of 01.11.2016 No. 1991.
2. To provide to department concerning the corporate relations and recovery of solvency this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Fund according to distribution of functional obligations.
