Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure and conditions of detention of persons detained on suspicion and accusation in making of crimes" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 12, the Art. 501) the following changes:
1. In all text of the Law of the word "Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic" in different case forms to exclude, except part 1 of Article 15.
2. In all text of the Law of the word "Service of Homeland Security" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "bodies of homeland security" in the corresponding numbers and cases, except the proposal of the second parts 4 of Article 9.
3. In all text of the Law of the word "Ministry of Internal Affairs" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "law-enforcement bodies" in the corresponding numbers and cases, except the proposal of the second parts 2 of Article 9.
4. In Article 4 and part 2 of Article 6 of the word "the international treaties ratified by the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic".
5. In Article 8:
regarding 2 words "the Minister of Justice in coordination with" to exclude; in the offer the second parts 6 of the word "Service of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic, in coordination with" to exclude.
6. In Article 9:
in the offer the second 2 words "Ministry of Internal Affairs" to replace parts with the word "Government";
