About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About subsoil"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About subsoil" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1997, No. 8, the Art. 377) the following changes:
1. To state part 1 of Article 4 in the following edition:
"Subsoil of the Kyrgyz Republic is exclusive property of the Kyrgyz Republic and is under special protection of the state.".

4. To state Item 1 of part 2 of Article 20 in the following edition:
"1) observance of requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of use of natural resources;".
5. To state Item 2 of Article 27 in the following edition:
"2) observance of requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of studying, use and protection of subsoil;".
6. To state part 2 of Article 29 in the following edition:
"State bodies, and also subsoil users within the competence shall provide fulfillment of requirements of the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic on safe operation connected with use of natural resources.".
7. Regarding the 4th Article 32 of the word "state body on subsurface use" shall be replaced with words "the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
8. Regarding 1 Article 33 of the word "state body on subsurface use" shall be replaced with words "the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
9. Regarding 1 Article 39 of the word "legislations, standards (rules, regulations) in studying and use of subsoil" shall be replaced with words "regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of studying and use of subsoil".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
