Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff and about payment terms of work of the government and local government officers of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the Erkin Too newspaper, No. 50 of June 28, 2011) the following amendments and changes:
