About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies and organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies and organizations of ugolovnoispolnitelny (penitentiary) system" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 12, the Art. 554) the following changes and amendment:
1. In all text of the Law of the word "central body", "Central Body" in different case forms to replace respectively with words "state body", "State body" in the corresponding cases.
2. In Article 3 of the word "the international treaties and other acts ratified by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic".
3. In Article 4:
to state the name of Article in the following edition:
"Article 4. Powers of state bodies and local government bodies";
in paragraph one of the word "Executive Bodies and" shall be replaced with words "State bodies and bodies";

6. Regarding 3rd Article 7 of the word "Minister of Justice" shall be replaced with words "the head of state body of criminal executive system".
