Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 1999 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 18-19, 2/13; 2007, No. 264, 2/1378) following amendments and changes:
1. To add Item 14 of Article 1 after the word "accepted" with words "the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus".
2. In Article 28:
part one after the words "Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus" to add with words ", the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus";
the second to add part with words "; The Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus - with the assistance of at least two thirds of members of the Plenum".
3. In Article 33:

"The judge who was involved in consideration of the case according to the procedure of judicial supervision cannot take part in further review of this case in Supervisory Court, except for the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, and is equal in consideration of the case in court of the first, second or supervising instance after cancellation of the court decree issued with its participation.";
add Article with part four of the following content:
"The judge who was involved in consideration of the case according to the procedure of judicial supervision in the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus having the right to take part in consideration of this case in court of the first, second or supervising instance, except as specified cancellations by the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus of the court decree issued with participation of this judge.".
4. In Article 436 to replace the word of "Presidium" with the word of "Plenum".
