About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for use of consumption rates of fuel for motorized vehicles, machines, mechanisms and the equipment

Based on subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for use of consumption rates of fuel for motorized vehicles, machines, mechanisms and the equipment approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2008 No. 141 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 56, 8/20462; No. 290, 8/21646), following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 2:

1.1.1. "legal entities" to replace words with the word "organizations";

1.1.2. add Item with part two of the following content:

"In case of operation of the cars used for accomplishment of the international motor transportations, the consumption rate of fuel is established by heads of the organizations or individual entrepreneurs.";

1.2. to add part one of Item 3 with the paragraph the fourteenth the following content:

"the international motor transportations - the motor transportations which are carried out out of limits (beyond limits) the territories of the Republic of Belarus, because of its limits, and also the transit motor transportations which are carried out through the territory of the Republic of Belarus between two Items of crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus in the places established by the legislation.";

1.3. in Item 5 of the word of "legal entity" to replace with the word of "organization";

1.4. in Item 6:

1.4.1. exclude the word "new";
