About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" relatively about issue of duplicates and copies of licenses

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, N 51, Art. 292; 2005, N 42, Art. 466; 2006, N 31, Art. 268) such changes:

The word "activities" in all cases shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and paragraph one of part one of Article 4 "professional activity" in the corresponding case;

Item 9 parts two of Article 7 to state 2) in such edition:

"Issues 9) in the procedure established by it, renews, stops action or cancels licenses for implementation of professional activity in the security market and issues duplicates and copies of such licenses";

3) Item 3 of article 8izlozhit in such edition:

"3) to establish in coordination with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the amount of payment for issue of licenses for implementation of professional activity in the security market, their duplicates and copies, renewal of the specified licenses, and for issue of certificates on the right of implementation of professional activity with securities in Ukraine and their duplicates, and also for document registration and provision of the relevant information on request of legal entities and physical persons which is set off in the Government budget of Ukraine".

2. This Law becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication.
