About approval of the list of psychotropic substances and precursors which are used in veterinary medicine
According to part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the list of psychotropic substances and precursors which are used in veterinary medicine, according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2007 No. 1201 "About approval of the list of precursors which are used in veterinary medicine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 78, by the Art. 2883).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication, except paragraph two of the Section "Psychotropic substances" of the list of the psychotropic substances and precursors which are used in veterinary medicine, approved by this resolution which becomes effective since October 1, 2011.
