About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the procedure of the certificate of the property right to the earth

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

To add 1) with Article 53-5 of the following content:

"Article 53-5. Violation of term of issue of the state act on the property right to the parcel of land

Violation by the official of the term of issue of the state act established by the legislation on the property right to the parcel of land

involves imposing of penalty from twenty to fifty free minima income of citizens.

The act provided by part one of this Article, made by the official who for year was subjected to administrative punishment for the same violation

involves imposing of penalty from fifty to two hundred free minima income of citizens";

Article 221 after figures "51-2" to add 2) with figures "53-5";

To replace 3) in part one of article 238-1 of figure "52-56" with figures "52 - 53-4, 54-56";

To replace 4) in part one and Item of 1 part two of article 242-1 of figure "52-55" with figures "52-53-4, 54-55";

Paragraph two of Item of 1 part one of article 255 after figures "51-2" to add 5) with figures "53-5".

2. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 34, the Art. 27):

1) in Article 126 part six:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "about alienation of the parcel of land with indication of the document based on which alienation took place" "about transition of the property right to the parcel of land with indication of the document based on which such transition took place";
