About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine" concerning production and the address of veterinary medicines

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2007, Art. No. 5-6, 53) such changes:

1. In Items 12 and 13 of part seven of Article 7 of the word of "veterinary medicines" and "reproductive material" to exclude.

2. In Article 50:

to exclude Items 2 and 3 of part one;

in word part three of "proper animal husbandry" and "veterinary medicines" to exclude.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into two-month time and to provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
