About some questions of obligatory sale of foreign currency

For the purpose of ensuring stability of Belarusian ruble, needs of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in foreign currency I decide:

1. Make changes and addition to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 24.05.2012 No. 241

1.2. Ceased to be valid according to the Decree of the Republic of Belarus of 31.07.2018 No. 301

1.3. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 3, 2007 No. 1 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation of subjects of innovative infrastructure and modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2002 No. 495" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 5, 1/8230; 2010, No. 120, 1/11643):

to exclude from the name of the word "both modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2002 No. 495";

to exclude subitem 2.4 of Item 2;

1.4. in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 9, 2009 No. 123 "About some measures for stimulation of innovative activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 66, 1/10522):

exclude subitem 1.3;

in subitem 1.4 of the word of "results of NIOK(T)R" shall be replaced with words "results of research, developmental and experienced and technological works (further - NIOK(T)R)".
