About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning creation and activities of farms

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the third offer of part six of Article 118 of the Land code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) of the word of "the conclusion of tender committee" shall be replaced with words "the documents confirming work experience in agricultural industry or availability of the education got in agrarian educational institution".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About farm" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 45, Art. 363; 2005, No. 52, Art. 560; 2009, No. 29, Art. 390, No. 38, Art. 535; 2010, No. 4, Art. 22; 2011, No. 6, Art. 41, Art. N№13-17, 112):

Part one of Article 5 to state 1) in such edition:

"Each capable citizen of Ukraine who reached 18-year age and showed willingness to create farm has the right to creation of farm";

Article 6 to exclude 2);

3) in Article 7 part one:

the second offer of paragraph two to state in such edition: "The documents confirming work experience in agricultural industry or availability of the education got in agrarian educational institution are enclosed to the application";

add with the paragraph third such content:

"The list of the documents confirming work experience in agricultural industry affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on representation of specially authorized central executive body in the field of agrarian policy".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law:

1) to adopt the regulatory legal acts following from this Law;

2) to provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
