Bring in the Instruction about procedure for functioning of the automated system of interbank calculations of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and carrying out interbank calculations in the BISS system approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 26, 2009 No. 88 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 183, 8/21230; 2010, No. 118, 8/22289), following changes and amendments:
1.1. to state subitem 3.5 of Item 3 in the following edition:
"3.5. documentation the EXPERT of MBR - set of the interconnected documents necessary and sufficient for functioning and development the EXPERT of MBR including determining technical requirements, project and organizational decisions by creation and functioning of the MBR EXPERTS software and hardware complexes;";
1.2. the fourth item 4 to add part with the words "according to the procedure, determined by regulatory legal acts of National Bank";
