1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of 01.01.2014 No. 1900

2. To provide to department of monitoring of the stock market (O. Tabal) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To management on ensuring activities of the Commission chairman, the organization of work of commission sessions and international backgrounds (N. Piskun) to provide publication of this decision according to requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of State commission on securities and the stock market M. Burmaka.

5. This decision becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
