Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 13, 2010 N 357-FZ "About the federal budget for 2011 and for planning period of 2012 and 2013" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 51, Art. 6809; 2011, N 23, Art. 3245) following changes:

1) in Article 7:
