According to Presidential decrees of Ukraine of December 9, 2010 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies", of April 8, 2011 No. 410 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine", of April 8, 2011 No. 436 "About approval of the Regulations on Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 28, 2011 No. 346 "About liquidation of governmental bodies" I ORDER to No. 1085:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts concerning intellectual property which are attached.
2. (Palady M. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to public service of intellectual property of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the chairman of Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine Palady M. V.
