1. 1.1. Accept to management and execution the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 6, 2011 No. 137 "About approval of the technical regulation "About Safety of Medicines for Medical Application".
1.2. Provide use of the medicines which underwent assessment of conformity in DLO and MT in accordance with the established procedure.
1.3. Conduct preclinical and clinical researches only in the presence of permission of DLO and MT.
1.4. Provide in DLO and MT information on any collateral reactions or cases of lack of efficiency of medicine on the established form (the yellow card) and at the scheduled time.
1.5. To discuss all questions of enhancement of provision of medicines and implementation of new medicines in medical practice at the medical conferences and seminars permitted by the Ministry of Health of the KR and in writing approved with DLO and MT, the head of the organization of health care.
1.6. Prohibit distribution of information promotional materials about medicines among doctors and patients without approval of DLO and MT.
1.7. Prohibit visits of medical representatives of pharmaceutical firms (manufacturing plants) to doctors in hours of medical acceptance of patients, and also individual meetings of doctors and medical representatives.
