About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring timeliness of salary payment, pensions, benefits and other social payments"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring timeliness of salary payment, pensions, benefits and other social payments" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic. 1996, No. 7, Art. 90) following changes:

1. In preamble of the word "and managing" to exclude.

2. State Article 4 in the following edition:

"Article 4.

Payment due dates of pensions and benefits are established (at least once a month) in contracts between the companies performing payment and authorized bodies in the field of social and provision of pensions or non-state pension funds (further - funds).".

3. State Article 10 in the following edition:

"Article 10.

The lack of means of authorized body in the field of social and provision of pensions on pension payment is replenished with means from the republican budget.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
