1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority" of July 11, 2008 No. 372 the following change:
- to state appendix No. 12 to the above-named resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to allocate the funds necessary for implementation of this resolution, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget for 2011 and the forecast 2012-2013".
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
