Article 1. Bring in the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2006, No. 5, the Art. 420) the following change:
to state subitem 38 of Article 9 in the following edition:
"38) goods - any personal estate, including currency, currency values, securities moved through customs border, electric, thermal, other types of energy, farm animals, and also vehicles, except for the vehicles specified in subitem 41 of this Article;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
Article 3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
