1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 19, 2003 No. 4/4 "About the Temporary instruction for work with deposits", the amendment registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on March 25, 2003, registration number 25-03, (is applied).

2. When opening JSC RSK Bank of bank accounts, the entrepreneurs injured with robberies, marauding and the fires in June, 2010 in the city of Osh, the Jalal-Abad and Osh regions (further in the text "clients are injured entrepreneurs") for the purpose of receipt of compensation submit the following documents:

1) the application on the opening of the account signed by the client - the injured entrepreneur or his authorized person in which it is specified:

- surname, name, the client's middle name - the injured entrepreneur;

- birth date and birth place;

- complete address of the permanent residence and/or temporary place of stay;

- data on the identity document (the name, series, the body which issued the document, date of issue of the document), personal number if is available;
