being guided by the Concept of cooperation and coordination of activities of the State Parties of the Commonwealth in the currency sphere approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of September 15, 2004

proceeding from mutual interest in development of economy and the finansovobankovsky sector of the State Parties of the CIS,

being effective within the national legal system of the State Parties of the CIS,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties quarterly no later than the twentieth working day of the fourth month following reporting quarter send to Interstate bank statistical data according to the List of information on the main indicators of the economic, monetary and financial and bank statistics which is subject to exchange between the Central (national) Banks of the State Parties of the CIS (appendix). The interstate bank provides collection, generalization and mailing of information obtained from the State Parties of the CIS. Provision of information is performed taking into account requirements of the legislation of the State Parties of the CIS about bank secrecy.

If one of the Parties will not have possibility of provision of any information from the specified List because of its absence, it will not be considered as violation of requirements of this agreement.

If collection and publication of part of information which is subject to exchange are within the competence of executive bodies of the states of the Parties, the Parties shall hold the corresponding interstate consultations for the purpose of ensuring provision of the specified information.
