About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 11, the Art. 498) the following amendments:
1. Add the law with Article 14-1 of the following content:
"Article 14-1.
In case of simultaneous placement of the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic and the coats of arms of foreign states or heraldic signs of public associations, companies, organizations and organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership the sizes of the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic shall not be less than the sizes of other coats of arms (heraldic signs).
At the same time the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic is placed not below other coats of arms (heraldic signs).".
2. To add part of 1 Article 21 after the words "listen to it standing" with words "(men - without headdresses, except for national headdress, special headdress of persons which religious beliefs consider head exposure as the act of disrespect, and also military personnel and other persons for whom wearing uniform according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic is provided)".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
