About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2011"

Being guided by Item 5 of part I of article 95 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2011" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 11, Article 945) to make the following changes:

1. Give Article 1 in the following edition:

"The article 1 Approve the income of the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2011 in the amount of 15554200, 0 thousand manats, expenses - in the amount of 15941200, 0 thousand manats (including the centralized income 15107158, 2 thousand manats, the local income 447041, 8 thousand manats and centralized expenses 14633180, 0 thousand manats, local expenses 1308020, 0 thousand manats).".

2. In the table of Article 2 in Item 2.1 to replace figure "690 000,0" with figure "708 000,0", in the Item 2,2 "1 210 000,0" to replace figure with figure "1 730 000,"", in Item 2.3 figure of "2 121 600,0" to replace with figure "2 215 600,0", in Item 2.3.1. replace figure "818 000,0" with figure "830 000,0", in Item 2.10 to replace figure "215 000,0" with figure "223 000,0", in Item 2.14 to replace figure "296 400,0" with figure "406 400,0", in Item 2.16 to replace figure "3 918,5" with figure "13 918,5", in Item 2.19 figure "6 480 000,0" to replace with figure "9 203 200,0", in Item 2.22 to replace figure "26 000,0" with figure "36 000,0".

3. In the table of Article 3 in Item 3.2.2 to replace figure "3 918,5" with figure "13 918,5", in Item "93 253,7" to replace 3.2.3 figure with figure "83 253,7".

4. Add Article 5 with the second offer of the following content:

"For nonpayment of charges financial sanctions and percent according to the Tax code of the Azerbaijan Republic are applied in time.".

5. give Article 8 in the following edition:

"Article 8 Expenses of the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2011 go at the level of Sections and subsections of functional classification to the following purposes:
