About introduction of amendments to the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About emergency state"

Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About emergency state" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 81) the following changes:
1. In Article 17 of the word "to the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the head of state body on homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Minister of Defence" shall be replaced with words to "heads of the authorized state bodies knowing questions of defense, internal affairs and homeland security".
2. In Article 18 of the word "Ministries of Defence, Ministries of Internal Affairs, National Guard and Ministry of Emergency Situations" shall be replaced with words "the authorized state bodies knowing questions of defense, internal affairs and emergency situations".
3. In Article 20 of the word "the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the head of state body on homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "heads of the authorized state bodies knowing questions of internal affairs and homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic".
4. In Item 1 of Article 22 of the word "law-enforcement bodies, internal troops, National Guard of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Defence" shall be replaced with words "the authorized state bodies knowing questions of defense and internal affairs".
5. In Article 36 of the word "Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the authorized state body knowing questions of foreign affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this constitutional Law.
Article 3. This constitutional Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
