Declare invalid Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of products imported by the foreign investor for own needs, N EG-01/12-3408 approved by the Ministry of external commercial relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 30, 2000 (рег. N 960 of August 19, 2000) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, N 16).
2. This resolution is approved with the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
