Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 16, 2009 No. 710 "About approval of Rules of import and export of medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5913, published in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 3) the following change:
in Rules of import of medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment, the approved specified order:
1) of Item 5 to state the fifth paragraph of the subitem in the following edition:
"the copy of the contract (agreement) with indication of regulations on realization of the imported medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment only in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the specification, with indication of the producer and the country of the producer of medicines, products of medical appointment, medical equipment;".
2. To committee of control of medical and pharmaceutical activities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Beysen N. E.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
