About optimization of the separate organizations of formation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of further optimization of system of departmental formation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename public institutions according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Determine that financing of the public institutions renamed according to Item 1 of this resolution is made within the means provided in republican and local budgets for the corresponding financial year and the approved limit of the number of staff.

3. Liquidate the following public institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (city of Ust-Kamenogorsk);

2) school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (city of Shymkent).

4. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25, the Art. 311):

in the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
