The paragraph of the 5th item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for import to customs area of the Customs union of the radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices of civil appointment including which are built in or being part of other goods to Section 2.16 of the Single inventory to which prohibitions or import restrictions or export by state members of the Customs union within EurAsEC in trade with the third countries are applied to state in the following edition:
"on import of RES and VChU as a part of the onboard equipment of air, ocean and river crafts and also intended for installation to air, ocean and river crafts for replacement of defective RES and VChU from structure of the onboard equipment with the subsequent export from customs area of the Customs union replaced (removed) RES and VChU;".
