About some guarantees to the citizens undergoing compulsory military service, alternative service

For the purpose of increase in level of social security of the citizens undergoing compulsory military service, alternative service:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the citizens undergoing compulsory military service, alternative service are granted delay of return (repayment) of the credit (including preferential) on construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises and interest payment for use of this credit for the period of passing of such service by them (further - delay);

1.2. delay is granted from the date of the beginning of passing by the citizen of compulsory military service, alternative service about day of dismissal of the citizen from this service;

1.3. provision of delay is performed based on the supplementary agreement to the credit agreement on construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises (further - the credit agreement) in case of submission by the citizen undergoing compulsory military service, alternative service to bank of the certificate of the duty station and post in the standard form approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in coordination with the Ministry of Defence with indication of in it start dates of passing of compulsory military service, alternative service;

1.4. the supplementary agreement to the credit agreement at the choice of the citizen undergoing compulsory military service, alternative service consists or with prolongation of term of complete return (repayment) of the credit (including preferential) on construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises and interest payment for use of this credit for delay provision term, or without prolongation of term of complete return (repayment) of the specified credit and interest payment for use of it.
