1. Bring in the Instruction on assessment of working conditions in case of certification of workplaces under the terms of work and to provision of compensations by its results approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2008 No. 35 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 66, 8/18326; 2009, No. 41, 8/20448; 2011, No. 23, 8/23357), following changes and amendment:
1.1. state Item 95 in the following edition:
"95. In case of assessment of the working conditions corresponding to the 3rd, 4th classes on workplaces of workers depending on class and degree of harm of working conditions surcharges for work with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions in sizes according to appendix 8 to this Instruction are established.
Surcharges for work with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions are established percentage of the tariff charge of the first category established in the organization, or firmly expressed cash size which is determined by the employer independently based on the collective agreement, the agreement, other local regulatory legal act accepted according to the legislation.
