2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2002 No. 132 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for pricing on the precious metals (except precious metals in case of banking operations) accepted in the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Belarus and released from it and also on the precious metals in products and scrap which are bought up at physical persons (except purchase and sale of precious metals by the banking and non-bank credit and financial organizations in the form of measuring ingots and coins at physical persons)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 112, 8/8605);
