About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About highways"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About highways" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 322) the following changes and amendment:
1. To state part 4 of Article 17 in the following edition:

"The maximum sizes, other linear parameters and axial loadings of vehicles permitted for movement on highways public affirm the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The procedure for the omission of vehicles on highways public of the Kyrgyz Republic and collection of charges for their weighing and measurement of the maximum sizes and other linear parameters affirms the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
3. State Article 19 in the following edition:
"Article 19. Procedure for the omission of vehicles with particular and non divisible load on highways public
Movement on highways of vehicles with particular and non divisible load is allowed only in the presence of special permission of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Traffic routes of vehicles with particular and non divisible load are developed and affirm the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic in coordination with authorized state body on traffic safety.
