About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for purpose of public welfare payments" of December 29, 2009 No. 822"

For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for purpose of public welfare payments" of December 29, 2009 No. 822 the following changes:

- in Item 2 of the word to "The state agency of social security under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic of social protection of the population";

- in Item 5 of the word "The State Agency of Social Security under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "department of social security, health care, work and migration of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- in Regulations on the procedure for purpose of public welfare payments approved by the above-stated resolution:

in Item 52 of the word "public service of medico-social examination, the commissions of the State agency of social security under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (далееМСЭК)" shall be replaced with words "medico-social examination";

subitem in paragraph three 60.2 figures and the words "1000 (one thousand)" to replace with figures and the words "1500 (one thousand five hundred)";

in Item 68 of the word "The state agency of social security under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of social protection".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
