About creation of the free economic zone of Leylek

This Law is drafted according to the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About free economic zones in the Kyrgyz Republic", determines the legal basis of activities of the free economic zone of Leylek (further - SEZ "Leylek") and its territorial borders.

Article 1.

Determine the following borders of SEZ "Leylek" according to appendix (topographic map):

the site in the territory of the Zhany-Zhersky ayylny district - 100 hectares.

Article 2.

Determine the main objectives of SEZ "Leylek":

- creation of the favorable economic conditions promoting attraction of direct investments, the advanced equipment and technologies, foreign managerial experience for creation and development of the modern industry of tourism;

- the accelerated town-planning development of the territory of SEZ "Leylek", and also forming of the modern engineering and transport, telecommunication, production and social infrastructure necessary for activities of SEZ "Leylek";

- increase in the export potential of the region, increase in goods turnover, revival of competitive regional economy, infrastructure, development of regional clusters:

- implementation of geopolitical interests of the country, preserving and strengthening of frontier of the country;

- deduction of local population, increase in level of living of local population, employment, increase in the population in the border territories;

- creation of additional workplaces;

- forming of modern service technologies.

Article 3.

Subjects of SEZ "Leylek" perform the activities according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on free economic zones.

Article 4.

In the territory of SEZ "Leylek":
