About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the public and non-state debt of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the public and non-state debt of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2001, No. 9, the Art. 331) the following amendment:
add Article 15 with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. The National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic performs the statistical recording of debt on the foreign credits and loans and the obligations equated to them received by legal entities without the state guarantees. The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic performs registration of the credits and loans obtained by legal entities without the state guarantees according to the form approved by National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
