About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning crimes against will, honor and advantage of person

1. Bring in the Criminal code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131) such changes:
1) in Article 150:
state part one in such edition:
"1. Exploitation of the child who did not reach age from which the legislation allowed employment, by use of its work
it is punished by arrest for up to six months or restriction of will for up to three years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for up to three years";
add with part three of such content:
"3. The actions provided by parts one or the second this Article, made by organized group
are punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for up to three years";
Part one of Article 150-1 to state 2) in such edition:
"1. Use by parents or persons who replace them, the juvenile child for occupation with beggary (systematic begging of money, things, other material values at strangers)
it is punished by restriction of will for up to three years or imprisonment for the same term".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
