About introduction of amendments to the Mountain law of Ukraine concerning providing the rights of the widows having pension entitlement in connection with loss of the supporter

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Mountain law of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, Art. 433; 2001, No. 2-3, of Art. 10; 2002, No. 6, Art. 35, No. 12-13, Art. 92; 2003, No. 10-11, of Art. 86; 2009, No. 51, Art. 758) such changes:

1) in Article 43 part seven:

after the paragraph of third to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"to pensioners who worked at the companies for production (conversion) of coal the uglestroitelny companies and have general preferential years of service at the underground works and/or works connected with underground conditions, and/or works of processing line on the surface of the operating mines or in mines which are under construction, cuts, enrichment and briquette factories, - it is at least 20 years for men and at least 15 years - for women".

With respect thereto the fourth and fifth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth and sixth;

to state the paragraph of the sixth in such edition:

"to members of families (widows) of workers, the died (dead) at the companies for production (conversion) of coal who have pension entitlement in connection with loss of the supporter, and also the died pensioners who had such right during lifetime";

2) in Article 48 part five:

after the paragraph of third to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"to pensioners who worked at the companies for production (conversion) of coal the uglestroitelny companies and have general preferential years of service at the underground works and/or works connected with underground conditions, and/or works of processing line on the surface of the operating mines or in mines which are under construction, cuts, enrichment and briquette factories, - it is at least 20 years for men and at least 15 years - for women".
